Seattle’s legendary grunge producer Jack Endino records a demo with Nirvana composed of 10 songs. After Jonathan Poneman, co-founder of Sub-Pop records, heard the demo tape, he offered to release and promote the band’s first single, Love Buzz and Big Cheese.

The first show that Kurt destroyed a guitar.

Nirvana embarks on a tour in America that lasts three months.

Taping of the famous “MTV’s Nirvana Unplugged” at the Sony Studios in New York.

Kurt is hospitalized in Rome Italy after an overdose that is considered by many as a suicide attempt. The European tour is canceled and Kurt returns to Seattle Washington.

Kurt Cobain is found dead in his Seattle house of what appears to be a suicide by shotgun.

Release of Nirvana’s live album “From the Muddy Banks of The Wishkah” that compiles live performances from 1989 to 1994.

Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Courtney Love for the limited liability corporation Nirvana LLC.

A box set composed of 45 rarities is supposed to be released (including Kurt’s last recorded and never released song, You Know You’re Right), but Courtney Love brings Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic in court to try to disband the Nirvana LCC and prevent the release of the box set. The manner eventually is settled and the box-set is released a few days later.
